Regardless if you're a right to life or a pro-choice person, this proposal is right in recognizing that the human species is made up of more than just biological material. It allows for respectful disposal of the bodies/parts.

The fetus (meaning small child) has the right to a dignified burial or cremation. Thank you for introducing this bill.
