When my boyfriend and I were together, I watched his and his ex-wife's child while they worked during the day. During that time, he was (stupidly, I admit) paying her under the table. Now that he and I have a child together, I am unable to receive CS from his check because she collects $350 per week back CS under a FRAUDULENT child care claim. SHE never paid ME a cent to watch her kid, yet she can claim she had child care expenses she should be reimbursed for by him? WHY doesn't she have to show child care expenses to the court? If I were to go down to FIA and apply for child care payments, I would HAVE to show hours worked, who I paid, how much I paid, and when I paid. I am a woman, and I feel awful that our FOC system is so screwed that it doesn't allow my child's father to help us out, while she makes almost two grand in support from him PLUS her own earnings. She has even admitted to spending her child's money on barbeque grills ($600), a new phone for her boyfriend ($200), her NEW 2007 Ford Explorer payments...This court system allows greedy women to play the system to their advantage, and it needs to be stopped.
