Education is better then a shot we know not what the long term effects will be. NO to this legilature. Teach our children the results of un protected sex and first of all recognize that it is going to happen.

Certainly educate girls AND BOYS about the seriousness of the HPV virus which has many strains. Some that are linked to cervical cancer and others linked to genital warts. As this vaccine is relatively new, REQUIRING it is wrong without first knowing the long-term effects.

How Planned Parenthood Duped America At a March 1925 international birth control gathering in New York City, a speaker warned of the menace posed by the "black" and "yellow" peril. The man was not a Nazi or Klansman; he was Dr. S. Adolphus Knopf, a member of Margaret Sanger's American Birth Control League (ABCL), which along with other groups eventually became known as Planned Parenthood. Sanger's other colleagues included avowed and sophisticated racists. One, Lothrop Stoddard, was a Harvard graduate and the author of The Rising Tide of Color against White Supremacy. Stoddard was something of a Nazi enthusiast who described the eugenic practices of the Third Reich as "scientific" and "humanitarian." And Dr. Harry Laughlin, another Sanger associate and board member for her group, spoke of purifying America's human "breeding stock" and purging America's "bad strains." These "strains" included the "shiftless, ignorant, and worthless class of antisocial whites of the South." Not to be outdone by her followers, Margaret Sanger spoke of sterilizing those she designated as "unfit," a plan she said would be the "salvation of American civilization.: And she also spike of those who were "irresponsible and reckless," among whom she included those " whose religious scruples prevent their exercising control over their numbers." She further contended that "there is no doubt in the minds of all thinking people that the procreation of this group should be stopped." That many Americans of African origin constituted a segment of Sanger considered "unfit" cannot be easily refuted. While Planned Parenthood's current apologists try to place some distance between the eugenics and birth control movements, history definitively says otherwise. The eugenic theme figured prominently in the Birth Control Review, which Sanger founded in 1917. She published such articles as "Some Moral Aspects of Eugenics" (June 1920), "The Eugenic Conscience" (February 1921), "The purpose of Eugenics" (December 1924), "Birth Control and Positive Eugenics" (July 1925), "Birth Control: The True Eugenics" (August 1928), and many others. These eugenic and racial origins are hardly what most people associate with the modern Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), which gave its Margaret Sanger award to the late Dr. Martin Luther King in 1966, and whose current president, Faye Wattleton, is black, a former nurse, and attractive. Though once a social pariah group, routinely castigated by religious and government leaders, the PPFA is now an established, high-profile, well-funded organization with ample organizational and ideological support in high places of American society and government. Its statistics are accepted by major media and public health officials as "gospel"; its full-page ads appear in major newspapers; its spokespeople are called upon to give authoritative analyses of what America's family policies should be and to prescribe official answers that congressmen, state legislator and Supreme Court justiices all accept as "social orthodoxy."

Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment Syphilis: Highly contagious disease caused by the spirochete Treponema pallidum. Disease may be acquired or congenital. In acquired syphilis, T. Pallidum enters the body through skin or mucous membranes, usually during sexual contact. Congenital syphilis is transmitted to the fetus from the infected mother when the spirochete penetrates the placenta. Syphilis is a systemic disease, involving tissues throughout the body. After initial penetration, the spirochetes multiply rapidly. First they enter the lymph capillaries where they are transported to the nearest lymph gland. There they multiply and are released into the bloodstream. Within days the spirochetes invade every part of the body. Three stages mark the progression of the disease; primary, secondary, and tertiary. Primary Stage: 10-60 days after infection. Primary lesion usually appears at point of contact, usually genitals. Typically a painless, slightly elevated, round ulcer, the chancre may be so small as to elude detection. Barring secondary infection, chancre will heal without treatment within 30-60 days leaving a scar that persists for several months. Secondary Stage: 6 weeks to 6 months. Appearance of rash resembling measles, chicken pox, or any number of skin eruptions. Pain in bones and joints and cardiac palpitations may develop. Fever, indigestion, headaches may accompany rash. In some cases, highly infectious, spirochete-laden ulcers may appear in mouth. Scalp hair may drop out in patches, creating "moth-eaten" appearance. Tertiary Stage: Appearance of gummy or rubbery tumors, resulting from spirochete concentration in body tissue. On the skin, these often coalesce into large, encrusted ulcers consisting of several layers of dry, exuded matter. Tumors may be absorbed, leaving slight, scarred depressions, or may cause wholesale destruction of bone resulting in mutilation when nasal and palate bones are eaten away. The presence of T. Pallidum in cerebrospinal may cause neurosyphilis, which may take several forms, including general softening of the brain, resulting in paralysis and insanity, as well as Tabes dorsalis, a degeneration of the spinal cord, causing a stumbling, foot-stamping gait. Can also cause irreversible blindness of the 8th cranial nerve, inflicting permanent deafness. Tumors may also attack and weaken the walls of the heart or blood vessels. Heart valves may no longer open and close properly, resulting in leakage. The stretching vessel walls may produce an aortic aneurysm, a balloonlike bulge. If the bulge bursts, as often is the case, the result is sudden death. In 1932 the United States Public Health Service (PHASE), in cooperation with the Tuskegee Institute, initiated a study in Macon County, Alabama to determine the effects of untreated syphilis. The study would last until 1970 and follow 399 black men diagnosed with syphilis. In order to ensure that they would not be treated, which became increasingly difficult with the discovery and widespread use of penicillin after 1943, local physicians, draft boards and PHS venereal disease eradication programs were given a list of the "subjects." The men, the most educated of whom completed 7th grade, were told they were being treated for "bad blood," a term the white doctors claimed was a synonym for syphilis in the black community. One participant responded, "That could be true. But I have never heard no such thing." In reality, the only treatment the men received was aspirin (what the doctors chose to call "pink medicine") and an iron supplement. Having previously encountered little or no health care, the participants were delighted. "They were always glad to see us," one doctor recalled, explaining how the men showed their gratitude by giving the "government doctors" gifts. "They brought cornbread, cookies, whatever they could make, and they were very, very pleased if you ate it -- most pleased." In order to chart the progression of the disease, the subjects were frequently, under the guise of treatment, required to give blood samples. They also were subjected to a procedure known as the "lumbar puncture" to diagnose neural syphilis. To obtain a sample of fluid, a large needle was inserted directly into the spinal canal. This procedure was painful, and patients often suffered severe headaches. In rare cases, it can result in paralysis or even death. Fearing word of "Dr. Vonderlehr's golden needle treatments," as the doctors referred to it, would discourage participation, whole regions were done at a time, and letters were sent out promising "Special Free Treatment" and warning "Last Chance for Special Examination." Other inducements were free hot meals, the illusion of free medical care, an award certificate signed by the surgeon general, and a $50 burial stipend. For people living below the poverty line, a third of whom lived in shacks without plumbing, these were no small rewards. The burial stipend was created as a solution to the problem of obtaining permission for autopsies, an important part of the study. Local doctors were relied upon to contact PHS in the event of death of a subject. This system worked well because the doctors were so honored to be participating in a national study. Due to media exposure, the study was halted in 1970. By that time, at least 28 and perhaps as many as 100 had died as a direct result of complications caused by syphilis. In December of 1974, the government agreed to pay approximately $10 million in an out-of-court settlement: $37,500 per participant. A year earlier, it had offered free medical care to the surviving participants and their families, many of whom had contracted the disease congenitally. For obvious reasons, the survivors preferred compensatory funds with which to hire their own physicians.

Since 1998 chemtrails from military aircraft have been causing flu-like, fungal-type symptoms, pneumonia, heart problems and even death. CHEMTRAILS VS CONTRAILS Suppose you are looking at a clear blue sky, and a plane flies over leaving a white trail behind which disappears within seconds to a minute. That is a contrail. That is normal. Today we are seeing planes flying overhead, particularly highflying military aircraft, leaving a white plume that doesn't dissipate. It spreads, and over a period of hours obscures a perfectly blue sky. At the end of the day you are looking at grey, overcast conditions. That is a chemtrail. According to William Thomas (author of Probing the Chemtrail Conundrum), the chief chemical in chemtrails is aluminum oxide which causes the white plume that obscures the sky. William Thomas and other researchers have advanced a valid theory about the presence of the aluminum oxide in the contrails. According to government documentation and patents, including a Hugh's Corporation patent on this technology, it was meant to cause an obscuration of the sky in order to reduce solar radiation and ultimately reduce global warming. Yet, the reason we have global warming is because the international oil cartel have suppressed all the alternative energy devices. They have suppressed all the clean technologies in favour petrochemicals, and now they are polluting the skies with more chemicals. Another component in the contrails is ethylene dibromide a known human chemical carcinogen, an immune system ravaging chemical. It was removed from unleaded gasoline because it was so toxic, but yet the Rockefeller directed Chevron Corporation has allowed it to remain in jet fuel. REPORT FROM IRON MOUNTAIN - GLOBALISM AND DEPOPULATION The murals on the walls of Denver Airport were commissioned by the "New World Airport Commission" and dedicated by Colorado's leading secret Masonic societies (Freemasons). The murals can be better understood when you have a grasp of a document called The Report from Iron Mountain which was published in 1967 by Dial Press, and there is a definitive Masonic, Freemasonry link to Dial Press and its president. It reads just like the Protocols of the Elders of Scion which is an anti-Semitic document created by the Freemasons. When you review Protocols and when you review Report from Iron Mountain what you clearly see is the entire social, political, global agenda unfolding before your eyes. Everything described in these documents is now occurring, and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see it. In order to create a New World Order with less military warfare, it was determined by top military think-tanks representing the United States, Britain, Britain's allies and Germany that we are going to have to have a substitute for warfare because that is in keeping with the globalist agenda, the New World Order and the Masonic agenda. SUBSTITUTE AGENDA FOR WARFARE In this age, it is very costly to blow things up or to explode nuclear weapons. Rather than killing people with nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction, they determined that if you expose targeted populations with combinations of chemical and biological toxins, and infectious agents, a chronic illness would virtually enslave populations to become dependent on the pharmaceutical industrialists who are the same as the military industrialists. That is why Kissinger, in 1969, was looking for alternatives to nuclear weapons in the biological weapons, particularly the immune system ravaging viruses. They decided to create enslavement of the masses in a way that the masses themselves would not know they were enslaved. In the Report from Iron Mountain, they stated, "We need to have an ongoing space program that is virtually useless except that it is a constant money drain. It is a substitute for war economy. They also called for ongoing worsening pollution in order to bring together countries all over the world to fight a common problem. And the last common enemy would be alien phenomena or terrorist attack. So, ultimately, this is an agenda to make you believe you have to be concerned about global phenomena. All of this is a fabrication. EUGENICS The establishment which gave rise to Hitler and the human genome project with centres in Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is actually the Contemporary Institute for Eugenics - promoting the master race, corrupting and co-opting God's plan for genetic expression. Eugenics is simply defined as "the scientific investigation of genetic differences between the races". This includes the genetic predisposition for diseases between the races, and so this is a Nazi agenda funded by the world's highest sources of economic power. THE ILLUMINATI The Illuminati is the oligarchy composed of approximately 13 of the world's wealthiest families who virtually run everything. DEPOPULATION Henry Kissinger's National Security Memorandum 200, published in 1974, called for massive Third World depopulation. Coincidentally, the HIV-like viruses, the AIDS-like viruses transmitted in the Merck, Sharp and Dohme Hepatitis B vaccines were given to gay men in New York City and Blacks in Central Africa. According to all the scientific evidence, this delivered AIDS to the world. There are three insiders who have also commented on it. Dr. Maurice Hilleman himself who was in charge of that vaccine development program, said, "We brought the AIDS virus into North America in contaminated monkeys destined for vaccine research and development at Merck. We didn't really know it at the time, however." Merck and Kissinger have an intimate connection. Kissinger associates are among the board of advisors at Merck. Merck's name goes way, way back. Merck Company owned the first pharmaceutical companies (apothecaries) in Germany; it provided medications to Royalty. Interestingly enough, George W. Merck himself was America's biological weapons industry director personally appointed by President Roosevelt and Secretary of War Stimson during World War II. On August 10th, 1944, before World War II ended, the entire Nazi war chest was invested heavily into 750 corporations to extend the I.G. Farben/Rockefeller monopoly over the chemical and pharmaceutical trade. So it's a chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum cartel. Guess who received the lion's share of the Nazi war chest? It was none other than George W. Merck's company at the time he was American biological weapons industry director. Nelson Rockefeller's protege was Henry Kissinger. Kissinger was a Rockefeller family puppet. Brzezinski was David Rockefeller's protege and his infamous document National Security Memorandum 46 was sent to me by Boyd Ed.
