This is one time government SHOULD be out of our business

Besides, Sunday a.m. is only worship time for SOME.

    I support this bill

It discriminates against those without religion.

    making assumptions

this bill finally acknoledges the fact that the state has 'assumed' that everyone goes to church on sunday. or that the churches (except the VERY fundamental ones) would take a hard stand one way or another on this issue.

Good Step In The Right Direction

The only trouble with HB 6354 is that it doesn’t go quite far enough. All day and time-of-day restrictions on sale of alcohol ought to be lifted in simple recognition of the fact that ours has become a 24/7/365 society.

    good bill

Otherwise, one group's belief is being imposed on others. We are suppose to have freedom of religion or freedom to have none without negative consequence. Controlling when alcohol is purchased is a moral judgement on others based one religious group's CHOICE to have a day of rest. The world will NOT go to hell in a handbasket if this bill passes.

    Alcohol Sales on Christmas

OK, please don't forget to address alcohol sales on Christmas. I did not know this was also prohibited. So, being a 'full fledged' adult and assuming I and businesses would be free to buy alcohol, I was 'turned away' when trying to buy a bottle of wine for a christmas party (I showed up empty handed). This is acceptable in a free country? Come on.
