    Good bill

These occilating lights have been proven to improve motorcyclist visibility. Anything that does that will help reduce motorcyclist fatalities.

    HB 5961

I am changing my headlight from a sealed beam style to a much brighter LED lamp that is standard on newer motorcycles. Unless required by law, I do not plan to convert my headlight to an oscillating lamp. My preference would have been to have an oscilling light on my fog lights or purchase separate auxillary lights to mount on the engine guards.

of course it's "ticket city". how else is the state supposed to get more money out of you so it can spend it on whatever granholm decides she needs to spend it on?

Do it to your bike, not on mine!

People can customize however they want. I will not put occilating lights on mine, I feel they look goofy, to put it mildly. I will not be forced in the future to install them. Anybody remember when the state police got seatbelts into a secondary offence, saying they would never make it a primary offence? Be careful! I have no problem with occilating lights as long as it is by choice. Protect your rights and liberties. I am Mike Adams

make it a mandatory citation for careless driving, taking all the points from your license, whenever a motorist says "i just didn't see the motorcycle coming." that means he DIDN'T LOOK.
