    2006 House Bill 5930 (Authorize child meth exposure exams )

    Introduced in the House on March 30, 2006, to give county health departments the authority to have a medical evaluation of a child done without parental permission or a court order if the child displays symptoms suspected to be the result of exposure to or contact with methamphetamine production

    The vote was 106 in favor, 0 opposed and 1 not voting
