    2006 Senate Bill 1079 (Define gasohol and biodiesel in statute )

    Introduced in the Senate on February 23, 2006, to extend to diesel and specified alternative fuels regulations concerning the quality, storage, manufacture, delivery, and sale of gasoline; require distributors and retail dealers of diesel and alternative fuels to obtain a license for each retail outlet; and require firms selling hydrogen in Michigan to register with and be approved by the Department of Agriculture

    Thank you we need parameters! I am so happy to see the state moving on this. E-85 can ehlp so many people locally. Not to mention all the humans and creatures and plants on the planet. Keep up the great work!

    Our school buses causing a lot of pollution--cleaner fuels/buses.

    Canada would appreciate it. U.S. sends them terrible air due to weather patterns.
