    2006 Senate Bill 1076 (Subsidize gasohol and biodiesel pumps )

    Introduced in the Senate on February 23, 2006, to require the Michigan Strategic Fund to give gas stations $2,000 subsidies to install pumps that dispense 85 percent ethanol motor fuel ("E-85") and 5 percent biodiesel fuel, and subsidies of up to $20,000 per facility to construct a compatible fuel delivery system

    The vote was 37 in favor, 0 opposed and 1 not voting

    is such a good idea why do we need the government to subsidize it with OUR MONEY? Get the government completely out of the way of business and watch things move quickly. Government Isn't The Solution, It's The Problem.
