Introduced in the House on July 6, 2005, to establish that a service licensed as a “nontransport prehospital life support operation designated as providing basic life support” may have an emergency medical technician meet the service's vehicle at the emergency scene, rather than having to ride on board the emergency vehicle. The EMT could be on call at home and travel independently to the scene
