First, drop that ridiculous requirement of paying a "late fee" when renewing our tabs and ten you'll have something.

It would be ok but you should be payed a refund for the period of time if you sell the car and do not use the plate. The late fee is a bunch of .... If the car is not being driven is it a law that it has to be plated to sit in your garage?
