    seat belts

The seat belt law should be removed, repealed. It should be up to the person if he or she wishs to wear one. The governverment has no right to to someone he is to stupid to mack this dicision on his own so the law must step in

    Read the bill

The bill appropriately moves to protect children between 4 and 16 years old by requiring all such passengers to wear a seat belt. Works for me!

    Repeal seat belt laws

Why the government thinks it has any purview in this issue is beyond me or any other rational person. Ben Franklin must be spinning in his grave; "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither"

    This Is The

start of many more intrusions into your life. Don't you know that the nanny state can care for you better than you can? Just do what the cop says. If you have nothing to hide, why do you care if we search your home? Wait till they provide your health care like the libs want. Then they will decide that you eat too much, drink too much, don't exercise enough. It's all about money and power and control over you.
