Introduced in the Senate on June 25, 2003, to allow the children of public school teachers to attend school in the district in which their parent teaches, even if their assigned district (based on where they live) is different. The approval of the child’s district of residence would not be required in order for the parent/teacher’s district to collect the per-pupil state school aid grant for the child
