    Conflict of intrest

I serve on a MH board in Northwestern Mi. My wife works for a contract agency that does residential
care. The Director and I have a dissagrement about me having a conflict of intrest. My wife or our board for that matter do not approve or do any work on the contract. I hope this will resolve the problem for me. I see my position as a asset, as I am in a position to see problems in the system, but our Director does not want the rest of the board to hear about any problems, as I see them. I do hope this resolves the problem.
We need folks on these board that know how things work, not just board members that do not have a clue to what really happens.
