Fees for the parks, in my opinion, are there for the purpose of&nbsp;attempting to keep&nbsp;the &quot;very casual&quot; or potential vandals (Get my point?) out of the parks. The fees help monitor this situation as well as to maintain the parks. If this passes&nbsp;I think that the destruction of the parks will take place big time by vandals. Even now, such activity has to be dealt with. What happends when it becomes a &quot;Free for All&quot;? Like everything else that claims to be &quot;free&quot;, it becomes abused big time. Freedom is not free. It takes a lot of individual responsibility to preserve it.
