1)In our city you can take out "3" bonds for the same project since 1975, but never do it. 2)Transfer hundreds of thousands of dollars from a trust fund without going before a judge or informing the payees. 3)Withhold legally contracted discounts for seniors. 4)Dispose of cemetery decorations (ie. urns) without informing owners. 5)Threaten legal action(s) for audio/video taping of public meetings. 6)Fast tracking of projects for a builder/developer. ETC.......
