Zoo shouldn't be owned by detroit, should be by royal oak!

You don't even realize its not on income at all! It's a matter of your property value, thats taxable, and then .1 mil which is $1 for every $1,000, so a '$200,000' really is getting taxed $200 and where does this money even go? Who gets it? Who deals it out? What does it get spent on? Why cant the city pay for it already? Why FORCE people who dont care about a bad zoo, pay for it? Detroit has no clue, non. Someone needs to let the zoo close just like other states in this country. Bad people, in control of bad money, start to make a bad state that turns into a bad country. People parish for there lack of knowledge. Idiots i swear! No one is smart. Yea just keep listening to the news, my god your stupid.

Why do our know-nothing legislators have to come up with these 'make work' ideas? If someone wants to support the zoo, can't they just donate on their own?
