Better yet, let's make it so Mr. Tabocman can find out about these land deals ( that municlpalaties alwats know about first)and have his friends in those districts pick them up. By the way, they also get to set the price as they see fit which can be $1, if your the RIGHT man. That way he can get bigger contributions.
