There is no need for this law to be changed. If there were consequences for illegal behavior on the parts of our police, there would be a lesson taught with the first charge. Since our police tend to receive no punishment for improper or illegal behavior this seems to be an &amp;quot;issue&amp;quot;. It isn&amp;#39;t.
