Ray Basham (D) has created a very good bill to protect our Seniors from home invasions and other criminal acts, but this should cover the lawful age of 62 (Seniors) on up, and again Senators please support Senator&amp;#39;s Ray Basham preposed Senate Bill 392 (Establish enhanced penalty for assault on the Elderly).&lt;/p&gt;
