&lt;p&gt;Yes, it&amp;#39;s CERTAINLY time that a bill such as this passes.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m&amp;nbsp;just getting into trying to clean up some crap that I pulled as a drunken-idiot, college-aged kid (non-violent, non-drug, etc..).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;While I was only in jail for ninety days, they were felonies (all the same), nonetheless.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It has&amp;nbsp;made me ineligible from certain jobs in the past, but enough is enough... those transgressions were a&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;lifetime&amp;quot; ago.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;ve pretty much been a Boy Scout ever since.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please don&amp;#39;t get me wrong, folks...
