Why is that all state licensed child placing agencies and child welfare facilities are not held to the same standard as proposed in this bill. Why will Michigan not come into federal compliance and hold all state licensed child welfare entities accountable through license revocation, contractual debarment, fines, sanctions and prosecution.

Stop allowing these state licensed entities get away with murder, rape, torture, Medicaid fraud, and you know the rest.

And what about Michigan Children's Institute? What will you do about the children who die under the artificial guardianship of the Superintendent?
