Bridge card recipients will simply withdraw their cash from an ATM before entering the casinos. This is like telling people they no longer have access to running water in their homes because you outlawed outside spiggots. The state needs to stop the practice of using bridge cards for any type of cash transactions. Any non food purchases should be done through a voucher system that uses the lowest bidder as it&amp;#39;s source for redemption of the voucher.
