Ontonagon just (stupidly, in my opinion) voted for a millage increase for the school! And there&#39;s an excess in the state lottery? They are going to invest it in state bonds? In other words, the lottery will be loaning the state money! Wow! Now THAT&#39;s really a safe investment! (NOT!) Check out the party that started this!
