He&amp;#39;s introduced a bill, SB 248&amp;nbsp;as I recall, that would give the same freebies to the timber interests.&amp;nbsp;Apparently he feels the bill will die a slow death&amp;nbsp;over in the House&amp;nbsp;so he&amp;#39;s going this route. &lt;/p&gt;
