&lt;p&gt;I am on a planning commission and I cannot find an ordinance that prevents gardening nor selling that which is grown on the property.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Many ordinances plan for that type of use, good heavens; &amp;nbsp;we now have ordinances that allow raising chickens in the city, in your back yard.&lt;/p&gt;
