Why not kill them altogether and add the 20 cent tax to beer sales as well as bottled water?  We should be able to drive off every last loyal customer with that single act.

Ohioans who come up to their summer cottages on the lakes in Southern Michigan are already bringing their supplies from home in order to avoid the higher taxes here. If we are 20 cents a gallon higher than everyone else that will surely increase domestic sales and be a windfall for the state. This type of legislation demonstrates why we need a full time legislature.
