&lt;p&gt;From all I read and understand the state does not have the money to support out schools.&amp;nbsp; If this is true, wouldn&amp;#39;t it be more prudent to cut state mandated requirements for our public schools and save money?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Did you have sex education taught to you in&amp;nbsp;school?&amp;nbsp; If not how have you been able to&amp;nbsp;obtain the status you currently enjoy?&amp;nbsp; Please rethink and withdraw&amp;nbsp;your bill from consideration.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I just saw my electric rate increase a month or so ago...now my Consumers bill reflects a surcharge and a note about Consumers looking at a rate increase...but somehow in the longrun it&amp;#39;s going to &amp;quot;SAVE&amp;quot; me money. You folks can&amp;#39;t do basic math and figure out how to revive an economy (lower taxes, get out of the way of business, etc) so  I&amp;#39;m sure you can&amp;#39;t teach sex in the school and you&amp;#39;re the last group of people I&amp;#39;d want my daughter learning from. Sex ed belongs in the home and should be based on a particular family&amp;#39;s values, not some standard you idiots decide on. There better be an &amp;quot;opt out&amp;quot; option for parents if it passes.&lt;/p&gt;
