you've had your candidate in the mansion for almost eight years. when is SHE going to start 'winning' and doing as she promised?

NEVER. the promises were empty.

she CAN'T AND WON'T save michigan. she doesn't feel it's worth saving. she MUST NOT, she applied for a cabinet position before she EVEN STARTED working her magic on the state. pity she didn't GET IT.

NOW she is stuck with the task of getting the state out of the mess she put is in.

by the way.. the president thinks that tax cuts are a good idea. why don't you?

There is no win or lose in these discussions cajun. There are expressions of opinions. Because you have unlimited time to sit at your computer and rant on about your bankrupt ideology doesn't mean you win anything. Getting the last word in isn't winning. Because I don't answer your rants doesn't mean I lost the argument. It means I have more important things to do.

Getting your party and representatives in office is winning. At this time in our state and our nation, I am winning, and you are losing. That is an undeniable fact, even by your warped reasoning. This discussion forum is important to you. Winning elections is important to me.

Otherwise I voted for any of "my guys" who WERE on my ballot.

I voted for McStupid as a protest vote because I didnt think Obama was the best choice, I thought he was a liar and a hypocrite and because he took his name off the ballot in MI but did NOT take it off in Florida, even though the same circumstances existed in BOTH states. Thus squelching democracy in MI and disrespecting the people of MI. (In the primary obviously)

history will judge whether or not conservatism is dead. right now, it's simply in the minority. it's not dead any more than liberalism was dead when it was in the minority. by the way, with only ONE u.s. senator claiming to be socialist, i'd say that socialism is DEFINATELY in the minority.

Hmmmmm. The MI Supreme court has moved to the left, the White House, the MI legislature has moved to the left the US legislature (in BOTH houses) has moved to the left, more states have dem Governors.

AND.... Even "bailout" Bush and the repubs have moved to the left because of their own economic DISASTER they ushered in. The entire world has moved to the left because of the collapse of unfettered capitalism and the bankrupt "conservative" ideology. And "crazy" cant see WHO is in the minority ?????

i looked there, that's where i found that list to be fairly accurate.

if you look hard enough, you will even find ben franklin's paper covering the story. don't tell me you don't believe the MEDIA on that one...

oh, i forgot, you don't believe anything that doesn't spin to the left.

i'd say you'd better school your education union to teach the truth, if what you have found is indeed the truth.

shouldn't the fact that the unions democrat politician mill recommended republicans generate a huge backlash from the leftist loyalists who don't see a problem donating billions of dollars to democrats but see a HUGE problem donating a single cent to republicans?
