&lt;p&gt;Not to be out done by the&amp;nbsp;IRS the state is now giving out duplicate Earned Income Credits and Home Energy credits at the same time your cutting back on Medicaid and K -12 ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You people really just don&amp;#39;t know what the hell you&amp;#39;re doing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With a 14% unemployment rate you still think that the residents can afford to pay even more sales taxes while you give away credits to millionaires from Holywood?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bad enough you&amp;#39;ve chased all the business away with the MBT, now you&amp;#39;re going to make sure no one wants to live here anymore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keep it up and your state population will drop like a stone!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
