car&lt;/a&gt; can hugely decrease CO2 emission and usage of gasoline. However,
there is a good point about it. Using electric car can only make a part of what
we think can resolve our environmental issues. What better way to consider is
the widely use of rails that can carry a hundred or thousands of persons
perhaps in one time but in a lesser time and lesser energy use or using
non-gasoline mode of transportation like bicycle especially in cities like New
York and Los Angeles. There are still a lot of alternative means to resolve our
