When does this actually become law?
Come to think of it, why are owners of completely vacant properties paying any tax whatsoever on them? They are not using any local services, and often have to pay standing charges on zero-level utility bills that can amount to hundreds per year, and STILL have to pay thousands in property taxes for local government officials to waste on bureaucracy. This is the most heavily-taxed and tax-wasteful country in the world.</description></item><item><title>Rep.
