There are enough restrictions on what can be purchased with a Bridge Card. To ban products that require a bottle deposit should NOT be added to the list. If the legislature is concerned about wasting money on bottle deposits then might I suggest he submit a bill that there would be NO bottle deposit levied for those using Bridge Cards.
