so everyone else's MCCA money will pay for burned out big cities auto insurance.  Then they will raise my MCCA fee to cover there cost.  MCCA needs eleminated!! I get charged for every vechile I own(car & 2 bikes), but can only drive one at a time.  I pay full price for motorcycles when I can only use it if I hit or get hit by a 4 wheeled vechile. And now they want to use it for subsidizing other peoples auto insurance cost?  Insurance is over priced because it's manditory to have so they can do what they want.  MCCA should be eleminated not used for perpose's it was never intended for.  They need to open the books on MCCA so everyone can see wher OUR money is going!

This bill is a complete joke! Take a look at who introduced it! A Democrat. This is your typical liberal legislation and "Re-Distribution of the Wealth" bill and needs to be placed squarely in a waste basket.
