It's time to simply do away with tax-breaks, tax-subsidies and the state picking winners and losers. Make Michigan a good place to do business for everyone. The economy will grow and prosperity might just break out for all....not just a select few chosen ones. Picking winners and losers with taxpayer $$'s is so unethical it's not even funny.
