    Irrevocable Trusts are set up precisely so that the Trust cannot be changed after death.  This would set a terrible precedent.  Trust Laws should not be compromised.  Irrevocable Trusts (wishes and prudence of the deceased) should be upheld.

    I agree with the above post...this bill is ridiculous and it sounds like a conspiracy theory to me.
