This is nothing but a ploy for votes! Fees for the parks, in my opinion, are there for the purpose of attempting to keep the "very casual" or potential vandals (Get my point?) out of the parks. The fees help monitor this situation as well as to maintain the parks. If this passes I think that the destruction of the parks will take place big time by vandals. Even now, such activity has to be dealt with. What happends when it becomes a "Free for All"? Like everything else that claims to be "free", it becomes abused big time. Freedom is not free. It takes a lot of individual responsibility to preserve it. Even to the point of haveing fees for our parks.
