I like this bill. Why should someone have healthcare for life after 6 years of employment at an early age of 55? In these trying times this kind of benefit  should not be in a legislators pkg.  In fact why the average worker has nothing like this in their pkg it should not be in the legislators pkg.

EXCELLENT proposal!  What private or public sector employee qualifies for 100% health insurance coverage after only six years of the equivalent of part-time work?  The next step is to significantly reduce the pension provision.

Absolutely !! Requiring teachers and state employees to swallow erosion and/or elimination of their health care and pension benefits while failing to support this bill for legislators is the height of hypocrisy. Time to drop the golden parachutes... get a taste of the reality facing your constituents.

I don't know what happened with our health care system. I believe when the system will be fair to everyone no matter if the person is poor or rich then we can talk about equity. Right? Last weekend I was at one of the dentists Nashua NH and I was surprised to see that the services prices was drastically changed due to the changes in the health care system.
