    2011 House Bill 4071 (Revise jail double-bunking restrictions )

    Introduced in the House on January 13, 2011, to eliminate or reduce certain restrictions and conditions on double-bunking inmates in county jails

    The vote was 93 in favor, 15 opposed and 2 not voting
