So you want to make this a political football. You want a group to choose who will get tax brakes. I winder just how mucn more this will create more political corruption and allow more money to be given to you people in office in order to give yourselves a bigger bank account so you can then decide if any company, based on their contribuitions to you, should get a tax brake.
