    Of course this should be passed. Currently, we are being taxed twice when we buy a car.

    I can only hope that this bill clarifies everything in car sales taxes and procedures. I wish I could believe right on this sport that from now on buying your car is not going to be overtaxed but we'll just have to wait to see what our reality will show us.
