This is dumb legislation and is not representative of either Republican or tea party values. The issue rightly belongs at the local level. Just as it wouldn’t be right coming from the federal level, it isn’t right coming from the State level. We need a part time legislature, not more central control & bureaucracy. Please get government out of our hair!
