This is a good bill. Smart Meters are just another type of surveilliance. We should have a choice to opt out. Without this bill, It would be like forcing us to take a survey everyday with our utility company about how we use the power. We just have to pay our bill for the energy we use.... how and when we use the energy isn't any of their business.
