WHAT!!!! This is being introduced as a bill of law? It is clearly a violation of both the State and National Constitution...Free Speech! Last part of the final sentence reads: "restricting...non-profit groups motivated by ideological or political concerns." Nothing less than a covert attempt to gag political talk including the destruction of the TEA Party mission. Sure hope our State leadership is not bamboozled by HB 5348 through 5361.
