The attempt by federal government to subjugate the states to ill conceived legislation subservient to the propaganda of the global warming myth and to cause all things right and wrong to be so dictated is government over reach. This legislation would correct that by relegating controls to the states as is constitutionally correct.

I certainly agree with shearwater.  BUT since "global warming" affects the whole wide world, not to mention the entirety of the United States, won't the Obama administration seek to impose its mandates on each and every state, whether or not the causal item ever crosses state lines?  Or will they be so busy suing states that want to enforce our immigration laws that they won't notice Michigan's attempt to escape their heavy hand?  Stay tuned.

Or maybe Michigan can mitigate their "pollution" by planting a few trees?  Hey, it works for algor!

Beautiful!  Since the federal govt is so fond of using "interstate commerce" to choke our freedom, we MUST use the very same logic to localize our state's rights.

This same logic applies to much (most?) of what the federal govt claims it can do.  What happened to our ability to simply read the constitution? It is a pretty simple document.
