I absolutely oppose this bill! This opens MM patients to law enforcement scrutiny and abuse of powers. Don't say it won't happen because it already is happening!

 This would be a great bill if implemented correctly.  There is ample facts on record that shows that there is abuse by medical marijuana users that grow extra plants and then sell the product for income to pay for their livelyhood.  They also use other people within their sphere of friends to sell the product for them for income.

I'm quite sure you think the law is already being implemented fairly, with people being harassed and arrested for using legal medical marihuana, and with their medicine being confiscated and destroyed, rather than returned to them as the law requires. Where are these ample facts on record, by the way?
