Nah, lets drop all the restrictions and then try and get the addicts back to normal. More money in that. You don't know what the results would have been if drugs were not regulated for the past 40 years. Go look at the inner cities if you want a hint.

So, just to make sure I understand you, the inner cities are screwed up wastelands because we have had the war on drugs for forty years? Because that is where the majority of the drug war has been fought! Really, just a little bit of critical thinking would do you and most of our electorate a world of good. Exercise that muscle once in a while! How does the vague threat of worse results justify the loss of civil liberties and basic constitutional rights (not to mention the loss of lives and livelihoods) spread by the war on drugs? It might have been worse if we did nothing! It might have been better, too...

Go look at Mexico if you want to see how successful the "war on drugs" has been.

That's because their politicians are as crooked as the Obama administration. You are always trying to blame someone other than the addicts who buy the drugs and make illegal drugs a profitable business.

That's because the druggies in the United States make it profitable for them. That's who's mopney they are killing for.

So Beerme, how about the lives ruined by drug usage?  The wars in Mexico and the big cities are mainly drug Lords killing each other. I have no problem with them doing that. As a matter of fact, I encourage it.
