    Most people are against abortion.  Their tax dollars shouldn't fund this procedure.

    Abortion is not a matter of the state. It is a personal matter. DO NOT PASS THIS BILL. It is not appropriate at all to even consider passing such an inane bill. There are times when abortion saves a woman's life. Are you even considering that? Let's not deny the life that is already paying taxes.

    Most people are against abortion.
    Half of the people, (men), can't have an abortion if they wanted one. Why not let a woman decide what she wants to do with her body?
