     "to increase from 21 to 26 the age limit on “youthful trainee status” for criminal defendants" ~ at what point do we start treating adults like, well, adults????

    The criminal defendant is prosecuted not by the party who may have been wronged, but by a regional or national government entity representing the party. A criminal defendant is afforded a certain measure of rights, which can greatly depending on the country in which the crime was committed.....
