 Better idea: Ban "Snydercare" and "Obanacare" both entirely! Have the backbone to stand for liberty and send the money back!

 Yes, yea and yes!  Give the little ones who are most vulnerable a chance at life instead of what Barack Obama and Kathlyn Sebelius want to do and that is partial birth and whole birth abortions.

This bill will never stand up to court challenges and will cost the taxpayers millions of dollars to fight. Abortion is a legal medical procedure, and has been for over 30 years.

The court challenge is and will not come to fruit on this bill. Obamacare is going down the drain and everyone already knows it. Liberals will be seen in the streets whacking off, throwing fits and acting like they usually do...............take for instance the Occupy Movement is a great indicator!

Senator Young asked and was granted unanimous consent to make a statement and moved that the statement be printed in the Journal. The motion prevailed. Senator Young’s statement is as follows: Get the government from underneath women’s clothes. This bill is disgusting. It has no business in the political discourse. If it were a person, it would be an abomination. It would be something like between the cross of a True Blood vampire and something off the island of Dr. Moreau. Destroy this thing for everything that is holy and pure. We’ve already had this conversation—the Supreme Court, the Roe v. Wade. Obama won; Romney lost. Get over it. This issue is dead. Let it die a quick death.
