I am just reviewing Amendment to sec. 7D. I think this is a perfect statement covering Rescue Operations. Replace every "person" word with "rescue" - was this the intention of the supporters. If this bill was intended to provide orderly support for Rescuers, and it failed it might be because people are reading something that isn't there, i.e. the heading on this page: "(exempt temporary animal shelter transfers from sterilization deposit)" - the amendment does not mention the words "animal shelter" - it says: "a person will provide shelter for the dog." There is a difference. How in the world can anything be accomplished if people do not know how to read the words as they are written. Dorothea Knight, St. Clair County
